Common Installation Issues and Precautions for Padel Courts
Foundation Stability
Issue: Improper foundation construction (e.g., insufficient depth, weak concrete mix) can lead to structural instability or tilting.
Precaution: Ensure precise alignment of anchor bolts and reserve electrical conduits during concrete pouring. Verify compliance with load-bearing requirements.
Component Assembly Sequence
Issue: Incorrect installation order (e.g., columns before crossbars) may cause misalignment or structural weakness.
Precaution: Follow the sequence in Fig. 3 (components layout) and use numbered parts from the packing list.
Tempered Glass Installation
Issue: Glass breakage due to improper handling or misalignment with ear plates (F1/F2).
Precaution: Install rubber pads (F7) under glass edges to absorb stress. Double-check glass orientation and alignment with connecting plates (F4-F6, F8-F9).
Mesh Frame Assembly
Issue: Loose or deformed mesh frames caused by incorrect accessories (e.g., F15, F16, F19).
Precaution: Securely fasten bolts/nuts and ensure square mesh spacing (50mm) as per specifications.
Light Post Connection
Issue: Weak electrical conduit integration or unstable mounting.
Precaution: Use specified accessories (F11, F17, F18) to fix light posts to the main frame. Confirm conduit预留 positions during foundation work.
Artificial Turf Installation
Issue: Uneven turf surfaces or improper quartz sand filling affecting ball bounce.
Precaution: Hire professionals for installation. Fill with 50-grit quartz sand evenly to stabilize turf fibers.
Net Tension and Alignment
Issue: Sagging or overly tight nets due to improper tensioning.
Precaution: Follow Fig. 18 for net installation. Use wire ropes (≤10mm diameter) and ensure center height (0.88m) with ±5cm tolerance.
General Notes:
Verify all bolts (e.g., M16 expansion bolts) are rust-proof and tightened to specified torque.
Conduct post-installation checks for verticality (≤1/100 tolerance) and frame straightness (≤50mm deviation).
Adhere to wind load calculations (1.82 kN/m²) and anchoring requirements to prevent structural failure in typhoon-prone areas.
